Message	This is a bad idea because we have a large portion of the population which is always looking to freeload. The Freeloaders will just disable the technology, or drive vehicles which are exempt from the technology, or etc. I suspect the responsible majority will be saddled with paying a higher portion of the road maintainance taxes/fees under this rule than currently paid. I agree with RICH1. Now the freeloaders have to put gas in their cars and trucks which is taxed. A better solution would be to raise the tax on fuel rather than implement a miles driven rule.
